Will Longer Battery Life Mean More Older EVs on the Road?

Contemporary Amperex Technology (Catl) in China announced it is looking to roll out a new battery for electric vehicles (EVs) designed to last more than 1 million miles and up to 16 years. The company also stated that it will supply its batteries to Tesla, which helped develop the battery, as well as BMW, Daimler, Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo. New York State Invests in Electric Vehicles

The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) recently approved a $750 million initiative to speed up the construction of 50,000 charging stations throughout the state by the year 2025 as part of Governor Andrew Cuomo’s “Make Ready” order. The governor’s initiative also calls for $4.4 million in spending for an additional 4,650 charging stations on Long Island that would charge up to 188,000 electric vehicles (EVs) islandwide within five years.

His name is Kitt, and he was one of the kindest, and most compassionate human beings I’ve ever met. It was a very emotional decision for me to make to have my car taken, and circumstances out of my control made it unbearable. Nicest people on the planet or at least Long Island. The staff on the phone was pleasant. The driver was a sweetheart. They gave us the highest number for daughters car out of three other places. No fuss, cash up front. We even got a lovely letter of thanks with a 2023 calendar of antique cars! We love antique car shows so this was the cherry on top of a very good sundae.

Although much of the experience went well, I still have not received, to my knowledge, a SIGNED bill of sale or receipt showing that I sold the car.I was not asked to sign the title, and was paid in cash. Besides an Excel document, which I could have easily made myself, there is absolutely no proof that I don't still own, and am responsible for, the vehicle.This issue has been brought up several times.EDIT: I bumped it from 2 to 4 stars because after several contacts the did provide me with the documentation I needed.
