Although auto manufacturers saw new car sales fall in the third quarter compared to last year, the losses were not as bad as they were in the previous quarter in 2020. According to Edmunds, third-quarter new vehicle sales were 11% lower than the same time last year. However, that is better than the second quarter, when there was a 30.6% decline. I had a car that failed and the repair was more than it was worth. I decided to junk it and called Gershow, partly based on positive reviews. Response was prompt and friendly. Although much of the experience went well, I still have not received, to my knowledge, a SIGNED bill of sale or receipt showing that I sold the car.I was not asked to sign the title, and was paid in cash. Besides an Excel document, which I could have easily made myself, there is absolutely no proof that I don't still own, and am responsible for, the vehicle.This issue has been brought up several times.EDIT: I bumped it from 2 to 4 stars because after several contacts the did provide me with the documentation I needed.

The STAFF were kind and helpful. I have been to Gershow many times. Unfortunately, I have heard many locals complaining. I think it's a "not in my backyard" thing. If not in Medford, where? Gershow provides jobs and income for MANY people. They recycle!!! That's a good thing.

I called a few different places to get rid of an immobile junker with no title or keys, got a lot of hassle from really grumpy, not very professional people. Gershow was completely professional from the first phone call all the way through. The driver they sent, Ken, was a really nice guy with great demeanor who showed up early and the junker was taken care of within minutes of him showing up. Hopefully wont need them anytime soon but it was a pleasure and I will absolutely call them first if I ever need this kind of service again.

The entire process of recycling my broken down Hyundai Sonata with Gershow was seamless from start to finish. After calling them to get a quote for the car, I had an appointment for the car to be picked up within minutes. Upon the day of pick-up, they provided the tow truck and I was paid cash on the spot. It was a huge relief how easy they made the entire process. It was one less thing I had to think about after I called them. They were very professional and easy to work with.
